Can I see the photographic evidence?
Photographs are provided to view online. You can log on to view via the home page.
Please be advised that we are not required to provide evidence of the driver, only the offence itself. It is the responsibility of the registered keeper/hirer to know who is driving the vehicle at all times.
Will I be offered a Speed Awareness Course?
If you have not attended a Speed Awareness course in the past 3 years AND your offence falls within the threshold indicated below, you will be offered a course:

The Notice is addressed to a Company, how do I respond?
Log into PAS via the home page and nominate the driver at their home address. The driver CANNOT admit on the Company Notice.
DO NOT give the Notice to the driver, the company secretary/director must reply on behalf of the Business.
How do I know the Camera is working properly
Our cameras all have Home Office Type Approval, as required by Section 20 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988. Calibration Certificates for the camera that recorded your offence can be viewed via Staffordshire Police Public Access System.
My licence has been issued outside of the UK (including Northern Ireland), How do I admit to being the driver?
Please complete the Notice paperwork with the requested information in Section B and attach a copy of your photo card driving licence (front and back). Failure to provide this information may result in a potential course offer being withdrawn and this matter being prepared for Magistrate Court attention.
I have misplaced my licence/applied for a new licence and I don’t know my licence number, what do I do?
Please complete the Notice paperwork with the requested information in Section B, apart from the licence number. Please advise us if your licence is recorded at a different address. We will then carry out DVLA checks and complete this section for you. If you have lost your licence, you must apply for a new one via DVLA.
I have recently gotten married and my licence is in my maiden name, what do I do?
Please admit via PAS using the surname on your driving licence and V5 log book. If these are not in the same surname, please complete the Notice paperwork and attach a COPY of your marriage certificate and post these to us.
